Dr. Serle’s Personalized Diet
There are so many diet books on the market that claim to help improve your health. Some examples: The Plant-Based Diet, The Thyroid Diet, The Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Autoimmune Diet, Ketogenic Diet, Lyme Disease, Gluten-Free Diet, Elimination Diet, Diabetic Diet.
Most of these diets will work for most people (70%) for a short term.
But to truly achieve your health goals and sustain your health, you must“Personalize your Diet”. If you’re suffering from, an Autoimmune condition, Hypothyroidism, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, Diabetes, a Brain-related condition, or any other serious health condition, then the diets mentioned earlier may not be effective for you in the short term and/or the long term.
This is where Dr. Serle comes in! He will personalize your diet based-off of your health history, your blood test results, a food sensitivity test, a comprehensive digestive stool test, your health condition, and your goals.
Once Dr. Serle has helped you regained your health, the key is to maintain your diet at least 75% of the time. The word “diet” means the way you eat; it does not mean “deprivation”. If you eat healthy, you have a healthy diet; if you eat poorly, you have a poor diet.
