Hi, I’m Dr. Anthony Serle. My path to becoming a Functional Medicine Physician was anything but conventional—because your healing deserves something extraordinary.

Raised in New Jersey by a family devoted to service—from ministry to nursing to natural healing—I was inspired early on to dedicate my life to helping others. But it wasn’t until I struggled with painful cystic acne during college that I truly understood how frustrating and hopeless health challenges can feel—especially when traditional treatments fall short. That pain lit a fire, driving me to dig deeper and take control of my healing. That journey changed my life—and now, it’s my mission to help change yours.

Today, with over 30 years of combined experience in chiropractic, neurology, functional medicine, and hospital-based care, I offer a truly integrated approach—blending traditional medicine with advanced functional and alternative strategies to help patients achieve lasting wellness.

For 14 years, I’ve proudly served thousands of patients in the St. Augustine–Jacksonville area as the region's very first Board-Certified Functional Medicine Physician by the Institute of Functional Medicine (2011).

Throughout this time, I have been honored to guide individuals and families toward better health, addressing the root causes of illness and promoting lasting wellness. Alongside my wife, a dedicated social worker, we have raised two amazing children in this vibrant and supportive community we are proud to call home.
